My name is
Certified real estate agent and valuer, certified condominium manager and certified property manager.
My strengths are excellent organisational skills, efficient work and quick problem-solving. I enjoy working with people, easily find common ground with them, and value direct and fair communication.
I have always been interested in properties because I am fascinated by their individuality, atmosphere and potential. I enjoy discovering what can be made of a home, how it can be designed in a practical and tasteful way, and for whom it could become the right place to live.
I believe every home has its own character. It matters who lives there, how it is furnished and how it is cared for. The right home can add a great deal to everyday life, so I consider it important that the property and the person truly suit one another.
I primarily help owners who want their property to be safe and well looked after but do not wish to manage the entire letting process, communication with tenants, accounting or unexpected issues. I take care of everything from advertising and tenant selection to the contract, arranging the notarial declaration to vacate, and ongoing property management.
I also help owners who prefer to place the sale of their property in professional hands because they do not want to receive prospective buyers personally or organise viewings, appointments and the many tasks connected with a sale.
A home often carries a strong emotional attachment, so it is not always easy to watch strangers walk through it, comment on it or criticise it. When an owner entrusts the sale to me, I take this burden off their shoulders: I receive prospective buyers, present the property, manage feedback and provide regular updates on the progress of the sale.
I can also help prepare the property for sale. I arrange the photography and listing, and where necessary the energy performance certificate, electrical safety inspection, minor repairs, painting, clearance or removal of unwanted furniture. I guide the sale from managing offers through coordination with the lawyer, so the owner only needs to participate in the necessary decisions and signatures.
What matters most to me is that the owner can feel at ease and know that matters concerning the property are in good hands. My aim is to take the burden of letting, management or sale off the owner’s shoulders while communicating continuously and transparently.
